In Better Clinics, we’ve introduced a Price Table feature that allows you to include a pricing table directly on your forms. This feature enables you to clearly display the pricing details for your services, providing your clients with transparency and a better understanding of the costs associated with their bookings.
Whether you’re offering consultations, packages, or individual treatments, this tool makes it easy to present structured pricing information.
Log in to Your Account and Access the Form Builder
Log in to your Better Clinics account.
Navigate to the Forms section from the main dashboard.
Select an existing form to edit or create a new one.
Add the Price Table Field to Your Form
Open the Form Builder.
Locate the drop-down list of available field types.
Select the option labeled ‘Price Table’ from the list.
The Price Table field will now be added to your form.
Customize Your Price Table Details
After adding the Price Table field, you can tailor it to include all the necessary pricing information:
Label: Specify a title for the table, such as "Service Pricing."
Product: Enter the name of the service (e.g., "Initial Consultation")
Duration: Specify the time duration for each service
Price: Add the corresponding price for the service
Subtotal: Manually enter the subtotal for grouped services or products
Total: Displays the overall cost of all services listed.
Preview and Save Your Form
After completing the pricing details, use the Preview option to see how the form will look to clients.
Check that all elements are displaying correctly, including the table layout and calculated totals.
Once satisfied, click Save to apply the changes to your form.
