Better Clinics now offers a dedicated Doctors Contact List to simplify your workflow and improve coordination with healthcare providers.This feature allows you to:
Organize doctor information: Store essential details like contact information, referrals, and client-specific GPs.
Efficiently communicate: Send letters and messages directly to doctors.
Personalize patient care: Monitor doctor referrals and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care.
What's New?
1. Dedicated Doctors Contact List:
A new, dedicated contact type for doctors, separate from other contacts.
2. Customizable Contact Lists:
Rename the "Doctors" list to fit your clinic's preferences.
Toggle the "Doctors" list on or off in your Settings.
3. Doctor Management:
Easily view, edit, and communicate with doctors.
Create, assign letters, and send direct messages.
Using the Doctor Contact List
Adding a Doctor:
Enable the Doctors List:
Go to Settings > Calendar > Manage.
Toggle Doctors to On.
Click Save.
Create a New Doctor Contact:
Go to Contacts > Doctors.
Click Add Contact.
Fill in the required fields.
Click Save
Optional: You can also customize the doctor's database fields to add specific information relevant to your clinic.
Managing Doctor Records:
Open a doctor's profile to access the following:
Details: View and edit contact information.
Letters: Create and assign letters to specific clients.
Messages: Send and manage SMS or email messages.
Creating and Assigning Letters:
Select a Doctor.
Go to Letters > Add Letter.
Fill in the letter details and assign it to a client.
Managing Messages:
Select a doctor
Go to the Messages tab.
View and manage all messages sent to or from the doctor.
Send new SMS or email messages directly from the doctor's profile.
