Client Sharing in Better Clinics

The Client Sharing feature lets you control which team members can view and access specific client records in your account. This is especially useful if you want to maintain client privacy or limit visibility to only the practitioners directly involved in their care.

What is Client Sharing?

By default, all team members in your account can view all client profiles. However, with Client Sharing enabled, you can choose to share a client’s details with everyone, or only with selected team members.

When enabled, you’ll see an extra option each time you add a new client, allowing you to set who can access that client’s information.

How to Enable Client Sharing

  1. Go to Settings Cog ⚙️

  2. Under General Settings, select Client Sharing.

  3. Toggle Enable Client Sharing to On.

  4. Click Save.

Once enabled, you’ll be able to control sharing for each new or existing client.

How to Set Client Access

When adding or editing a client:

  1. Go to the Contacts tab.

  2. Click Add New Client or select an existing client to edit.

  3. In the Client Sharing section:

    • Choose Select All (default) if everyone should see the client.

    • Or choose Specific Team Members to select who can access the client’s details.

  4. Click Save.

Only the selected team members will be able to view and manage that client’s record in the system.
