With this setup, clients can click a ‘Pay’ button directly from their emailed invoice to make a secure payment via Ezidebit. Once processed, the invoice is automatically updated to ‘Paid’ in Better Clinics — saving you time and keeping your records accurate.
Enable Payment Links on Invoices
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Locate the Ezidebit Integration tile.
Toggle on Add payment button to unpaid invoices.
Click Save.
Once enabled, all new unpaid invoices will automatically include a ‘Pay’ button when emailed to your clients.
How Clients Pay
All unpaid invoices will automatically include a ‘Pay Invoice’ button.
Clients open their invoice email and click Pay Invoice.
They’ll be directed to a secure Ezidebit-hosted payment page to enter their card or bank details.
After successful payment, the invoice is automatically marked as Paid in Better Clinics.
The transaction will appear in your Payments Report, labeled as ‘Ezidebit - Invoice’.
