Accept Ezidebit Payments from the Payment Screen & Calendar

Process payments directly in Better Clinics using Ezidebit. When creating or editing an appointment, under Payment Options, you’ll see Ezidebit Payment.

How to Process an Ezidebit Payment

  1. Create or open an Appointment from the Calendar.

  2. Under Payment Options, select Ezidebit Payment.

  3. Enter the the payment details:

    • Cardholder Name

    • Card Number

    • Expiry Date

    • CVV

  4. (Optional) Tick Save this card for future payments if you’d like to securely store the client’s card details for next time.

  5. Click Pay (Green Button) to process the payment.


After Payment

  • A confirmation message — “Ezidebit payment successful” — will appear once the transaction is complete.

  • To finalise and record the payment in Better Clinics, click the Pay (Red Button).

  • The transaction will automatically appear in your Payments Report, labeled as ‘Ezidebit - Payment.’

This method is ideal for processing payments immediately after a session or sale, giving clients a quick and seamless checkout experience.
