Add tags to clients for unprecedented insight & filtering

Here are some ideas: create tags by referral source, sport played or by client interest. In just one click, you can sort your clients by sport or client interest.

Use tags to group and sort your clients – the tags for each client are unlimited!

To tag a client, simply “add a tag” when completing their client details
For e.g. type your tag, such as rugby > hit Enter > Save.

When you’re in the “Clients” overview, you can filter your clients by selecting Filter > Search in Filter by tag the Tags tab. You can export this particular set of clients.


Messaging using Client Tags

Head to Marketing > Filter by Tag

When you add a tag to the filter box, you can drill down into your client's list by tag or your inactive clients by the months. Send marketing communication or simply get in touch with your inactive clients with their contact details i.e. email or phone number at your fingertips.


Better Clinics Auto Tags
We want to help you engage with your clients and often we focus on the clients in front or us or those that we've attracted to our business with recent marketing. But there is a lot of value in contacting your dormant clients, those that you have not seen for a while. 

In Better Clinics, we help but adding tags automatically to clients based on their level of sales activity so you can quickly see, understand, and message with these customers. It's often cheaper to attract an existing customer back than try and attract a new one.  

The tags that are automatically added are:

No Sales - this client has never had a sale
Inactive 1mth - no sale within the last month
Inactive 2mth - no sale within the 2 months
Inactive 3mth - no sale within the 3 months
Inactive 6mth - no sale within the 6 months
Inactive 1yr - no sale within the last year

Booked tag - we also add this tag automatically to all clients that have a future booking. This means you can easily know what clients you have upcoming bookings with and you can even contact them with SMS and Email to share messaging about your clinic, events or considerations before they come and see you.
