Standardise note taking across your business and team members

Create note templates for your client & clinical notes. You can set up as many fields as you like, allowing you to pre-define standardise note taking across your clinic and team members.

Add a Client Note Template

  1. Go here

  2. Or go to Settings > Calendar > Manage > Customise your Database pod (on left) > Custom Notes 

  3. Add a Category Name in the “Add Category Name” field (e.g. Initial Assessment). Click Add New Category to confirm. 

  4. Add Field Name (e.g. How are you feeling since your last treatment?)

    1. Select the field type from the dropdown menu, add a field label and fill in the corresponding boxes accordingly.

  5. Add as many Field Names as you would like by clicking '+Add New Field'

  6. Save

Once saved this Custom Field will appear on all your Clients' Notes screen which you can find under Clients > Client Name > Notes.

Edit a Client Note Template

  1. Go here

  2. Or go to Settings > Customise your Database pod (on left) > Custom Notes 

  3. Select the Field or Category you wish to edit and make the edit. You can reorder your note template fields for each category by dragging and dropping them into your desired order.

  4. Save

Deactivate a Client Note Template

  1. Go here

  2. Or go to Settings > Customise your Database pod (on left) > Custom Notes 

  3. Select Deactivate for the category your want to deactivate
