When adding products to your account, Better Clinics allows you to add each product individually or you also have the option to import your entire product list at once using our Import tool.
To Import Appointment and Merchandise Products:
Go here
Or go to Settings > Product List > Add Product
Click 'Import Products' button
Click 'Import Template', this will download a template for you to add your products to, ready for importing
Once products have been added to the template, save as .xls file
Click 'Import Products'
A screen will show where you can either drag the file you are uploading or click to upload button
Once you are done uploading the file, the product will automatically show in your product list with all the details you added to the template.
To Fill Out the Import Template with your Products and Details:
Add a new row for every product you want to import. Values have been entered as examples on the spreadsheet.
If your product is an Appointment:
Column A, Product Type (Insert 'Appointment')
Column B, Product Name (e.g. Initial Consultation)
Column C, Product Description (Briefly describe the product in this section)
Column D, Category (e.g. Consultation)
Column E, Location
Column F, Appointment Duration Hours
Column G, Appointment Duration Minutes
Column H, Leave blank, not applicable
Column I, Price
Column J, Tax Type (Options: Inclusive / Exclusive / No Tax)
Column K, Tax %
Column L, Leave blank, not applicable
Column M, Leave blank, not applicable
If your product is an Appointment Pack:
Column A, Product Type (Insert 'Appointment Pack')
Column B, Product Name
Column C, Product Description (Briefly describe the product in this section)
