Add, Sell and Manage your Appointment Packages.

Appointment Packages are a great way for your clients to book Appointments as they only require completing a one time payment. Better Clinics allows you to customise your Appointment Packages by setting the price and number of appointments to suit your business. Appointment Packages are easy to use and allow you to track and monitor the usage of the package by your clients.

How to Add Appointment Packs:

  1. Go here

  2. Go to Settings > Products > Add Appointment

  3. Add your Appointment Pack title in the Product Title Box

  4. Using the drop down menu, change the type of product to 'Appointment Package'

  5. Change the category, Appointment duration and maximum clients

  6. Add the number of sessions that will be included in the appointment package

  7. Add the pricing and tax for your package

  8. Complete the Appointment Package online details

  9. Assign the Appointment Package to your team members

  10. Click Save

How to Sell Appointment Packs:

There are 3 ways to sell your Appointment Package to your clients.

  1. Go here

  2. Or go to your Client List

  3. Select the Client you would like to sell the Appointment Package to

  4. Click the red '+Sell Pack' button in-line with the clients name

  5. Select the package you would like to sell from the drop down menu

  6. Select a team member that is selling the package from the drop down menu

  7. Click the Pay/Invoice button and select the payment option from the drop down menu

  8. Click Pay.

OR

  1. Go here

  2. Or go to Invoices > Sales

  3. Click the red '+Sell Pack' button on the top right hand side

  4. Select the package you would like to sell from the drop down menu

  5. Select a team member that is selling the package from the drop down menu

  6. Search for the client you would like to sell the pack to by their name or mobile number

  7. Click the Pay/Invoice button and select the payment option from the drop down menu

  8. Click Pay

OR

  1. Go here

  2. Or go to +Quick Add on the top left hand of your screen > Pack Sale

  3. Select the package you would like to sell from the drop down menu

  4. Select a team member that is selling the package from the drop down menu

  5. Search for the client you would like to sell the pack to by their name or mobile number

  6. Click the Pay/Invoice button and select the payment option from the drop down menu

  7. Click Pay

How to Use your Appointment Packs:

Use your Appointment Packs the same way you would make any appointment.

  1. Launch the New Appointment pop up. Go to Calendar, click on the time of date (week/month view) or time (today/day view) that you would like to make the appointment OR Click the '+Quick Add' button on the top left hand corner of Better Clinics and select 'Appointment'.

  2. Select the Appointment Package from the drop down appointment menu.

  3. Use the search tool to select the client you would like to book the appointment for using their name or mobile number. Alternatively, click the 'List' button and select the client by clicking the square box beside their initials and clicking 'Add Client/s'.

  4. Once the client has been selected, the number of available credits will be listed beside their name.

  5. Click save.

How to Manage your Appointment Packs:

There are 2 ways to check how many appointments a client has remaining.

  1. When you book a new appointment and assign the client, the number of remaining appointments in the pack will be displayed beside their name.

  2. You can also go here or to Invoices > Package Credits. For each client with a pack, the remaining appointment credits are shown in the third column. You can also edit the number of remaining appointment credits by manually typing in the appointment credits box and clicking update. The updated number of appointment credits will now be visible on the Package credits page and beside the clients name when booking a new appointment.
