Better Clinics has released its new feature: Google Analytics integration for online bookings! This update allows you to track the number of visits to your bookings page and gain valuable insights into your client interactions. You will be able to get an overview of the total number of visits, including new customers, and the total engagement time spent on your online bookings page.

What You Need to Get Started:

  1. Google Analytics Account: If you don't already have one, you'll need to create an account with Google Analytics.

  2. Google Measurement ID: This ID is required to link Google Analytics to your Better Clinics online bookings page.

Finding Your Google Measurement ID:

  1. Sign in to your Google Analytics account.

  2. Navigate to the Admin section.

  3. In the Property column, click on "Data Streams."

  4. Select the data stream you created for your online bookings page.

  5. Your Google Measurement ID will be displayed at the top right of the data stream details page. It looks like "G-XXXXXXXXXX."

Integrating Google Analytics with Better Clinics

  1. Log in to your Better Clinics account.

  2. Click the Settings Cog.

  3. Under Online Bookings, click "Manage."

  4. At the bottom section of the Online Booking Settings, look for the field labeled "Google Measurement ID" and input the code you obtained from Google Analytics into this field.

  5. Click "Save" to apply the changes.

Tracking Visits

Once you've integrated Google Analytics with your Better Clinics online bookings page, you can start tracking visits. Log in to your Google Analytics account to view detailed reports on:

  • Total number of visitors

  • New customer visits

  • Traffic sources

  • Average engagement time

  • Customer demographics

These insights will help you understand your clients' behavior, identify trends, and enhance your booking process to improve client satisfaction.
