Better Clinics allows you to bill the third party (people or business) directly instead of the client, which becomes your 'Billing Contacts'. These contacts could be insurance, companies, sports teams or larger organizations that might pay for your client's service.
To Add Billing Contacts:

Or go to Clients > Billing Contacts > + Add Contact
Add the Business Name and any other details in the form you need
Save.
To Bill to Third Party (Billing Contacts):
You can bill to a third party (billing contact) from the Payment screen (either from an Appointment, Sales, or Client Sales). Learn more >
