You have a choice to either add each product individually or you can import your product list using our Import tool. 

Here's how:

Import appointment and merchandise products

  1. Go here 
  2. Or go to Settings > Product List > Add Product
  3. Click 'Import Products' button
  4. Click 'Import Template', this will download a template for you to add your products to, ready for importing
  5. Once products have been added to the template, save as .xls file
  6. Click 'Import Products'
  7. A screen will show where you can either drag the file you are uploading or click to upload button

Once you are done uploading the file, the product will automatically show in your product list with the details you input on the template.

How to complete the Import Template
Below are the steps to adding data to the import template. You will need to add a new row for every product you want to import.

If your product is an Appointment:

  1. Column A,    Product  Type (Insert 'Appointment')  
  2. Column B,    Product Name (e.g. Initial Consultation)
  3. Column C,    Product Description (Briefly describe the product in this section)
  4. Column D,    Category (e.g. Consultation)
  5. Column E,    Location
  6. Column F,    Appointment Duration Hours
  7. Column G,    Appointment Duration Minutes
  8. Column H,    Leave blank, not applicable
  9. Column I,    Price
  10. Column J,    Tax Type (Options: Inclusive / Exclusive / No Tax)
  11. Column K,    Tax %
  12. Column L,    Leave blank, not applicable
  13. Column M,    Leave blank, not applicable

If your product is an Appointment Pack:

  1. Column A,    Product  Type (Insert 'Appointment Pack')  
  2. Column B,    Product Name 
  3. Column C,    Product Description (Briefly describe the product in this section)
  4. Column D,    Category (e.g. Consultation)
  5. Column E,    Location
  6. Column F,    Appointment Duration Hours
  7. Column G,    Appointment Duration Minutes
  8. Column H,    Max Clients
  9. Column I,    Price
  10. Column J,    Tax Type (Options: Inclusive / Exclusive / No Tax)
  11. Column K,    Tax %
  12. Column L,    Number of Sessions
  13. Column M,    Leave blank, not applicable

If your product is a Merchandise:

  1. Column A,    Product  Type (Insert 'Merchandise')  
  2. Column B,    Product Name (e.g. Water, Yoga Matt, Towel)
  3. Column C,    Product Description (Briefly describe the product in this section)
  4. Column D,    Category
  5. Column E,    Leave blank, not applicable
  6. Column F,    Leave blank, not applicable
  7. Column G,    Leave blank, not applicable
  8. Column H,    Leave blank, not applicable
  9. Column I,    Price
  10. Column J,    Tax Type (Options: Inclusive / Exclusive / No Tax)
  11. Column K,    Tax %
  12. Column L,    Leave blank, not applicable
  13. Column M,    In Stock
