Better Clinics allows you to send a welcome message to new clients that have been added to your account. Simply formulate a message and enable the feature in your settings! You also have the option to add forms to your welcome email for your clients to fill out.
Or, go to Settings > Messaging > New Client Welcome
Click the 'Enable' toggle to send a Welcome Message to your New Clients.
Select a Message Type using the dropdown menu. Choose whether you would like your welcome message to be sent via email or SMS.
Add a Subject/Title for your Welcome Message.
In the Text Box, write the contents of your welcome message. This may include a little bit about your business such as your team members, offers or location.
If you would like a form to be sent as part of your welcome message, go to 'Automatically send a form with the New Client Welcome' and tick the check box.Select the form to be sent using the drop down menu. A button (if email) or Link (if SMS) will be added to the client welcome message linking directly to the form for the client to complete. To add a form to your Better Clinics account go here.
