Set your Timezone

Make sure calendars & reminders are being sent at the right time. Any calendar integrations will also be accurate

When you signed up you selected your timezone, but it's worth checking.

  1. Go to Settings

  2. In the Timezone setting, select the correct Timezone option from the dropdown

  3. Save

Once set appointment reminders will be delivered according to your appointment reminder settings. 

Your Better Clinics clock will also be set to the correct time.

Set different time zones for each team member

  1. Go to Settings > Team > Team Members

  2. Select the Team Member or select 'Add Team Member'

  3. In the personal details box go to 'Timezone'

  4. Select the team member's timezone from the dropdown menu

  5. Save
